Pros
Great students, facility and staff. The high quality programs, courses, and trainings they provide are great for the community. Instructors will work with students who need help. They want students to be successful.
Cons
High turnover. Management lack the desire to create long term strategies. Goals are often talked about but no plans or deadlines is set. Everyone is incredibly helpful to get things done at the last minute...which seems to be everything.
