Ivy Tech Community College reviews

At the time of this review, some regions of the College are going through an extreme financial crisis (I.e. Northwest and North Central). There was a lack of transparency from the key decision makers, which caused employees to have a lack of trust and faith in the leadership.

In my region, the administration is balancing the budget on the backs of faculty by not providing raises and stopping summer contracts while administration continues to higher more people. Low morale, micromanaging, business model applied to education that doesn't work.
