Interesting engineering challenges or cutting edge technology. Close relationship to product management and customer requirements. Attractive benefits package including dental and medical plans.

Cons

Bonus depends not only on your individual performance but also on overall company performance, which seems normal from an investor perspective, but not from an engineer who did his job perspective.
