Pros

This may not apply to all departments and projects, but in general the technology we're working with is either leading edge or bleeding edge. There is really no other tech company in Bucharest that can beat this.

Cons

Work-life balance does suffer from time to time. Flexibility really depends on your team's manager, e.g. some managers require stricter following of official bussiness hours than others.

Pros

Great place to gain experience as a first job. The products are challenging and complex. There are a lot of guys who are great developers/PM's. with great experience and eagger to share information.

Cons

There are moments when managers do not listen to the employs concerns. There are times when communication between teams isn't the best. ( there are still people from last guard where the approach was first to blame somebody instead to solve the problem)
