      Good Company but low salary

      Pros

      Good team, they provide the equipment, has 13th month and bonuses, good benefits like 12 Annual leaves, sick leaves and 5 emergency leave.

      Cons

      -Low salary, they have salary increase base on the KPI however, if you hit your KPI, the increase and bonus is still low. -after 2 years there's no growth anymore -no work and life balance

      Pros

      They had a diverse community and showed us the impact of our work in both local and global scales.

      Cons

      We always have OT. Though paid, you are still expected to show up on time for your next shift despite lack of proper rest.

      Company Definitely makes you grow up

      Pros

      I've been doing project managing the most, but now I focus on people managing, which is more challenging. But it's helpful for my career.

      Cons

      HR must consider hiring people out of the company if no one is eligible for the manager or director position internally. But at the same time understandable that the company wants to give more opportunities to employees.
