Pros

Flexible working hours, can work remotely if there are any specific work arrangement is needed. Overall staff welfare is good

Cons

Managers are not willing to communicate with staffs and care about their feelings and listen to comment. They only expected to do what they said. I have found some problems on the working procedure which will affect the accuracy of my work, I tried to talk to managers regarding this. But they claimed that they can’t see any problem on it even I had difficulties on following their ways to complete the task.

We're sorry your experience wasn't the best, but we do hear you and we agree that it is important to keep the communication free flowing to ensure staff and management are aligned on a common purpose.
