Pros

You might get a change to go and work abroad. The colleagues are nice.

Cons

The CTO is just like a dictator, he never cares about his team. Very bad work life balance. No HR policies, they never trust their employees. Lots of work pressure, end they never appreciate the hard work.

Interesting Projects, good salary, good benefits

Cons

from my experience they are not terrible, but communication was very fragmented, there was no occasion to be really independent and sometimes not really supportive. I found very hard integrating with some components of the existing team who could not let it go, giving very little independence, but more a constant list of what to do. Very little space for personal life.
