Pros

Even how many fun activities you were done, if the leader makes you feel bad, it is useless

Cons

No Discipline Culture and Weak HR. Your company should have HR Manager where he/she will be able to control staff, understand the Malaysian culture and laws.

Pros

Absolutely none. Stay away.

Cons

- Recent positive reviews are phony. (Company was rated less than two stars not too long ago. Reviews are mandated for damage control upon poor "yes-men" by upper management. Note the lack of specific details. You have been warned.) - Extremely bi-polar and closed-minded upper management who are incapable of executing any real business initiatives. The company just happens to fill a niche in the industry which generates cash flow for the time being. There is no real innovation. The long-term future of the company, despite outwardly signs of growth and prosperity, is bleak. Like a scarecrow. Only looks the part. Feeds of the droppings of larger companies. - Generally, most of the upper management belong to clique of syncophants. General company culture is that of abuse and distrust. Hard work is not recognized. Backstabbing and gossip reigns. Petty power-tripping leadership. - Labor laws are harshly neglected. Accounting fraud (shady salary manipulations without notice to comply with laws). Employees are treated as expendable tools. Be prepared for crazy working hours with very poor pay to match. Salaries are reduced without notice (citing poor performance/company hardship.) Sweatshop business model. Thrives short-term at the expense of employees. - Little to no actual guidance. Dissent is intolerable. Very emotional leaders who lack professionalism. Extremely top-down management structure despite claims of inclusiveness. - Employee retention rate is extremely low. Not many people last over year. Good people do not stay. Just read all the other reviews for more information.
