Business Outlook
Pros
- Management listens to employee's issues and tries to solve in a timely manner - Office culture is really great. It doesn't feel like work sometimes - Office is very nice and very open. You don't feel trapped in a cubicle - Communication is VERY open and people actually LISTEN to you.
Cons
- Some processes, especially in managing projects, need to be fine tuned so staff aren't assigned too much work.
