      1. Wonderful and supportive colleagues who make the work environment enjoyable. 2. Opportunities to work on interesting projects with global exposure.

      Cons

      1. HR lacks professionalism. Concerns are often ignored or handled poorly. 2. Communication from HR is unclear, delayed, or completely absent, especially regarding important processes like contracts, or exit formalities. 3. Employee well-being is not a visible priority.

      Pros

      The team I was with was great and professional in work ethics. We collaborated and cooperated well to deliver the best SLA.

      Cons

      1. The salary remained stagnant due to the company being financially challenged 2. No room for career growth for 2-3 years. 3. If there's an issue (especially a pressing one), you will end up spending more hours in the office.
