Pros

-Work from home -they provide laptop units -Work-life balance (varies per position).

Cons

-Not much of career growth. If you want to climb the corporate ladder, this is not the right company for you. -Salaries are not reviewed yearly to match the inflation. -The pay is low for such a big company.

Subtitle factory

Pros

You get a paycheck and work with people from around the world.

Cons

Feels like working as a slave for a subtitle factory. Turnover is crazy because wages ridiculously low and management is incompetent and uncaring. They pretend to care about quality but if they did, they would pay a decent wage. Profit is their only motivation, Getting a job there only works if you're not the breadwinner of your family and just looking to bring in extra income for pocket money for your kids or something.
