      Micromanaging at it's best

      Pros

      The company provide a lot of incentives and the office is easily accessible with public transportation.

      Cons

      However, the salary was too low for a degree graduate and the amount is not sustainable to live in the big city. The management was toxic, a lot of blaming each other over small mistakes that could be fixed instantly, and the upper management had a lot of free time to micromanage everyone. One person had to handle a two person job. Almost all tasks were "urgent" and despite being understaffed, they kept taking jobs from clients. There was no use of taking a day off because they will still disturb you with work AND will disturb you after work hour.

We are not certain in which office or country you worked, but overall, we are very pleased at the efforts senior management is putting into place to ensure a market-competitive total rewards compensation program.
