Good environment, can learn a lot of things, Good teamwork, good benefits given to the permanent staff

Cons

once there are too many projects, sometime you have to work on weekend/during your Annual Leaves. This is not a good culture.

Pros

A lot of benefits, allowances, medical insurance if you are a permanent employee, and Annual leaves increase after two years of working.

Cons

No flexible work arrangement unless you have a valid excuse or you have a managerial position
