You find people and friends going through the same hell, So it's easy to make friends.

Cons

Other than that 1 "pros' mentioned. Management always gaslight. Incomprehensible workload and expect quality consistency in a short amount of time. Management don't understand the workflow of an editor but they lookdown on what you do and how do your work. B.S work environment with no reciprocation of respect. Don't expect any increament and bonuses here. One senior editor worked for 5 years and her/his salary did not exceed 3k. You can make this company a stepping stone, but you'll walk out with a broken foot.
