      HR implements various initiatives to engage and energize employees, such as conducting yoga sessions or runs, hosting monthly talks and seminars, and more.

      Cons

      The salary offered isn't competitive enough. While the company has a progressive approach to addressing challenges in the localization industry, it is unfortunate that there have been employee downsizings when the company's financial performance declined.

      With the onset of covid as well as industry-wide work stoppages, the past couple of years have been significantly challenging to business in the entertainment sector. At Iyuno, we work very hard to preserve jobs and benefits as much as possible to support our incredibly talented creative personnel. We hope to soon see improvements in all sectors as the global economy improves.
