      Great place to work at

      Pros

      There was flexibility with working from home and trusting I will get the work done. Basically, I was let to do my work on my own and send regular updates. The projects were super interesting.

      Cons

      Maternity leave was the UK mandatory, no extra benefits from the company, nor any special attention or care for it. It wasn't a personal place to work at. Also, when the workload got higher at times, even tripled itself, there wasn't extra help or bonuses, just expectations to get everything done on time.
