Disorganized, unfocused, with poor priorities from the top down
Pros
Great people on the in-office teams, cool office to work in, facilities were high tech.
Cons
Just about everything else. Very low pay, weak benefits that got worse year over year, teams were compartmentalized to the point where collaboration had to be rebuilt from the ground up several times, no opportunities to develop or advance. Personal responsibility and contributions constantly increasing while simultaneously undergoing constant layoffs. Executive management tries poorly to maintain a positive attitude throughout by promising the worst is over just before laying even more people off. Executive teams were obsessed with AI and constantly restructuring themselves into new teams and titles without changing anything. If you're even remotely anti-AI, this is not the place for you.
