Chance to meet personalities in the media industry.

Cons

A manager once said that 10hrs travel time going to office is not a valid reason. No transparency, so you have no clue what's the direction of the company.

Pros

Greatest colleagues I've ever met turn life-long friends. Could be better, but they were too busy expanding the company instead of investing on the staff who literally help them build their reputation.

Cons

Not so many great opportunities to grow, but you get to learn something. The pay and the workload dont really add up.
