Good routes but poor pay and micromanagement issues

Pros

Dedicated routes. Road service easily accessible. Delays are not critical.

Cons

Paycheck was always screwed up. Never got annual pay raises. Upper management monitored your speed from their computer making the job intolerable always threatening write-ups leading to termination. Discontinued appreciation incentives so it felt like thankless job.

Consistent work but slow trucks and no raises

No micro managing and consistent work

Cons

Obvious trucks (international and freightliner) the worst! Slow trucks governed at the pedal 62 mph and cruise control 65mph , driver facing cameras. And while every other company gave raises or boosted their pay structure because of war and inflation, Jbhunt choose not to give raises at all
