Pros
If you want to work, JB Hunt has the miles. As long you deliver your loads on time and have a good log book (no hos violations), you will get more opportunities to make more money. Communication with your driver manager is very important. After 4-5 days out, I was able to get home by Sat morning. I am satisfied with compensation.
Cons
Sometimes you will deliver to an area that has nothing coming out for a couple of days. You will have to sit and wait your regular DM comes back to work. The Weekend Crew doesnt no anything and are not much help.
