      Pros

      The people are nice. The pay is decent. Vacation time is fair. They value health and wellness. Everyone has been there a long time.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels you are a small fish in a big pond. It also takes forever to get anything done.

      JB Hunt no longer a good place for IT jobs

      Pros

      JBH is a strong company and will probably be around for years to come. Work life balance is ok to good and a couple of the IT managers are good people with good ethics and morals.

      Cons

      Senior management focuses on what benefits them, not necessarily the company. This lack of leadership and ethical standards has fostered a layer of managers that would not last long in a normal workplace. Some of the sharpest technical people have left the company for the sole reason of poor management.
