Wonderful Company

Pros

JBPCO is a great company to work for. I have worked here for a little over 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it and have grown not only as a person, but as an Assistant. My coworkers are all wonderful, friendly and helpful. The management also continually looks for ways to keep employee moral high.

Cons

42.5+ hours per week for my position (however they have started allowing some flex hours which helps with work-life balance for some) Business attire is more formal (I like the attire personally, but for some it might not be a good fit)

Great Company and Coworkers

Pros

-Coworkers were knowledgeable and very hardworking -I was always busy and never bored, usually with multiple projects going on at one time -My boss was fair and I respected him -A committee was formed to initiate social activities and volunteer opportunities during and after office hours -Employees were inclusive, very little office drama

Cons

-Office is extremely busy and long hours are expected, no real flex time offered for my specific position -Formal office attire may not be for everyone -The Company is growing quickly and there are some growing pains and kinks to work out

No micromanaging and growing company!

Pros

From Day 1, my team has been very supportive and patient as I get more comfortable in my role. So far, I am having the best experience here and couldn’t ask for a better team/company. There’s is no micromanaging with the upper level executives and everyone here truly values one another. The company seemed to have made a ton of improvements within the last couple of years and currently still making more changes slowly. There is a lot of room for professional growth because the company is still growing! Keep up the good work!

Cons

There’s is nothing to say other than more vacation days would be nice to have.
