The company name looks good, but not the interviewers. As per Indian government IT policy, you get the salary, If you highlight improvements like employee benefits, is of no use.
Cons
All good talks about improvement, but that itself is the trap. You must keep your leadership qualities outside the organization. You are fired (it could be anyone) in a few months because the benefits do not match US policy, you are a labour and not an employee. This is a manufacturing company and the Indian IT way of working style is not understood by the interviewers. It is observed that from the time of company opened in India, it fired 40% to 50% of the employees by giving false statements, Talented people are reported below the non-talented managers (not all) Options 1. Join this company and keep looking for other opportunities, if you get a good offer move out within 6 months. Option 2. Keep other company offers, if you are forced to join immediately don't even think about it.
