Pros

Lots of thorough training. Friendly staff Cost and customer dirven

Cons

Sometimes is is hard to know what absolutely needs to be done and what is more relaxed and is not dire to company success (maybe just preferences of managers)

Pros

* Good work environment. * The pay is actually pretty good. * Opportunities to grow within the business.

Cons

* Sometimes if you don't ask questions (if you want to grow) you won't be taught. If you want it, go get it. * If you are not a well rounded employee, i.e. cashier, stock, merch, support, you will not get hours and make sure your availability is as open as possible.
