Pros

All of the different people you meet and make strong bonds with. Yes, it's work, but it's fun to work.

Cons

It's a little competitive which can get stressful at times.

Pros

The job allows you to work with clothes and people, two things I like. The discounts and benefits are amazing. The hours are good and the management was nice to work with.

Cons

Retail as a whole can be boring. Closing the store can be tedious, but necessary work. It was not J.Crew, but retail as a whole, that bothered me some.
