Pros

Great employee clothing discounts on sale and special big discounts a few times a year.

Cons

Hours can be long and pressure to sell can be stressful. Sometimes there are too many salespeople and not enough customers, so can be competitive at times. Clothing can be expensive, even with the discounts and pressure to always look J. Crew style can be frustrating when you're paid just a bit above minimum wage. Prepare to sacrifice social life and expect to put on many hours during holiday season and on Black Friday.
