Pros

Great discount, fun store environment, management is flexible with your availability if you are in school/other job, fun co-workers.

Cons

Management can be inconsistent with rules making things confusing, VERY little hours usually 4-12 hours if you are sales support/associate and have open availability. Depressing looking at all the nice stuff but being too poor to afford to from the little hours given, on call shifts.

-Good discount -Good associates as coworkers -Nice clothes

Cons

Management doesn't seem to staff the store properly and there are so little hours to be given and a large staff that needs hours. Mgmt also seems overly aggressive in trying to get their sales associates to make a high volume of sales (which if you don't make, your hours get slashed). The only people who get hours are management and stylists. Hours are far and few between despite having decent sales.
