1. Great employment benefits including medical insurance and other basic facilities 2. Good compensations 3. Multiple openings for different internal mobility but may be difficult many a times to move to a complete different background. 4. I got great team to work with. People are helping

Cons

1. Lack of adequate HR involvement which results in a lot of issues. 2. High pressure job and long working hours hence you have to learn manage time properly 3 Promotion is majorly based on experience rather than performance
