JP Morgan has ok benefits

Cons

Money-sucking company that will lay off hard workers if that means they would have to pay more for better employees

Pros

Company sense of community, base on par with competitors (though bonus ranges not as impressive), brand name recognition everywhere, relevant clients, learning resources, firm doing well

Cons

Just a number, little wiggle room on WFH, hierarchical and male centric culture in IB groups, a managerial VP (RM) resigned for workplace culture related accusations against him made by female junior which was covered up

Pros

Company culture is not toxic.

Cons

Compensation is not on par with the competitors. Not enough good leaders (at least not in the internal audit team)
