Great place to work

Pros

I'll admit I've job hopped a lot in my 20s, but this has been by far the best place I've ever worked. Everyone is very nice, hardworking and helpful in my experience. There is also a big push for mobility and to grow your career.

Cons

There's a lot of butt kissing to executives and the expectation is that you're 100% passionate about every detail of your job. It is a lot of work and hard to navigate work-life balance--but this is offset by a competitive salary and nice people, which I consider worth it compared to the alternative.

Pros

Best bank in the world because management is brutal. Hours are long but the bankers are very talented. Company rewards lifers (start and end their career there). Best used to start career, learn how to work exceptionally hard, learn a ton, then leave. Grateful for experience.

Cons

Its IB. Hours suck. Work is hard.
