Major, blatantly obvious favoritism. If you get in good with the 3 chosen ones, you’ll advance quickly. Qualified or not. Your work ethic, productivity, education level, great attendance - none of that matters. Are you with the “in” crowd or not? They employ more than 50% temp/consultants at all times, meaning if youre not hired in, they don’t give you any health benefits, sick pay, or time off. You could have covid & the plague, but you’d better be at work or your job is on the line! Meanwhile, JPM “employees” can take 3 months off WITH pay for “mental health”. Employee opinion surveys don’t apply to temps. Our opinions are irrelevant but we make up more than half the staff. They will keep you around as a temp for YEARS if you allow it. This was the absolute worst employment experience I have ever had. You hold no value. You are replaceable. Your spirit will be broken and you’ll dread coming in every day.
