Pros

Good diversity, lots of mobility opportunities.

Cons

Zero work-life balance. You're expected to bend over backwards to please clients, and happily sacrifice your personal wellbeing just to achieve client satisfaction. The company is too cheap to hire enough staff to meet demand. We're told to just make do with less resources and be glad that we're not at Citi or Goldman.
