Pros

JPM Bankers are sharp, deeply care about the work, and genuinely want to do the best work for their clients. That being said, life as a junior can be tough.

Cons

Long hours and polar outcomes for juniors (haves and have-nots of the analyst class). MDs tend to quickly sniff out who they think is "good" and "not" -- if you fall into the "not" category your life won't be fun. The good analysts get worked far more (longer hours, gnarlier projects, etc) - but they get better bonuses and more fulfilling work.

Pros

It has great pay and a wonderful establishment.

Cons

I needed more bonuses for the additional work I did off the clock.
