      Interviews are conducted for cousins and relatives for telugu and hindi people and selected 100% of the time without neither merit nor talent Furthermore, interviews are conducted in telugu or hindu based on the language comfort of the particular if your vocabulary skills are good you are select There are plenty of incidents where telugu and hindi people receive kick backs for full time and contractor. JPMorgan also has offices in hyderabad and mumbai where business calls happen in hindi and telugu, if you are an american god help you. There is no talent in this rut.
