Pros

Nice and smart people sometimes, they encourage finding what you like and move around (at least in the technology and business fields) Benefits are OK

Cons

Their offices are nowhere near other banks and other tech companies when it comes to having fun at office and having the best technology around Many problems with their slow systems running Really bureaucratic still to this day Many legacy technologies from 1990s

Pros

Great coworkers and wonderful boss.

Cons

Hours are terrible and no work life balance. The hours are from 8:15-630. You get to open or close but someone always calls in sick so you work both a lot. I always feel bad for the coworkers who have kids. They miss out on a lot of stuff for there kids. Not a kid/family work environment. If you are not working long hours they want you to do stuff after work. I don’t have time for that. It should be stance the law to have unpaid meetings for employees.
