Pros

You can make your base salary in commission but that's heavly depends on the area that you work in. The company gives you matching 401k benefits and paid time off.

Cons

The corporations has so many people working at the retail level its easy to get lost trying to climb the corporate latter.

Pros

Work with a lot of smart people, which allows me to learn a lot on a daily basis. You get a lot exposure to senior managers and directors.

Cons

The hours are long and there is little opportunity to grow within the company. It is hard to maintain a good balance between work and a healthy social life.
