      Pros

      At the moment I can't really think of too many pros.

      Cons

      There are a large number of big changes that are being made in terms of processes that feel as if they are designed to force people to quit in an attempt to avoid a mass layoff and potential subsequent lawsuit. Rather than working through the changes in a logical manner they are being presented as "This is the new way, take it or leave it" and there is no explanation provided as to why the changes are happening. Additionally, management has been consistently misleading their employees or even lying outright, making promises that they can't keep and causing their employees to feel abandoned, betrayed, and scared for their jobs.

      Great people to work for Fast Paced environment Opportunity to grow within the firm A lot of resources at your finger tips Good compensation

      bureaucracy sometimes can be a huge pain, especially around clearing conflicts and dealing with internal processes Not great work life balance, but they are making efforts to make it better

      Pros

      Challenging and very educational as the company has great systems and training tools. This ensures that employees have the right knowledge and tools to accomplish their work

      Cons

      Long work hours which impacts most of the workers work life balance for the negative. The daily goals are difficult to achieve on a consistent basis as the work load varies from assignment to assignment.
