Pros

The company has a great reputation and is also a global bank which also for lots of flexibility when it comes to moving around

Cons

Being so big it is hard to get recognized sometimes for your work, and this is not great for someone looking to move up quickly

Pros

Employee development is very good, along with great benefits. Plenty of one on one time with manager for coaching and development.

Cons

Incentives have declined dramatically. Annual pay increases have stopped if you make over 60K. 401K is no longer matched. High stress environment.
