      JP Morgan is with out argument the most succesful investment bank in the world. Vast opportunities for transfer internationally. Excellent resume reference. solid work experience.

      Cons

      Much lower pay for opperations and analyst positions than other banks. Work life balance unbalanced. Distant senior management. Complete lack of training opportunities due to lack of leadership and excessive workload.
