Pros

Pay is decent but then again you're working twice as many hours and there’s no quality of life . You’re a number to them not a person.

Cons

They will have you working 15 hours a day. Call you at 2-3 am for random support issues and make you come into the office on time the next day. They managers have been known to have favoritism and use HR for their own unethical purposes when they want to get most out of you. Complaints to HR go unanswered. It’s the culture there that is really bad.

Pros

A name to add to your resume that people know

Cons

Pay that lags behind and never gets adjusted, benefits that only get worse, lack of career development. Constant reorgs so your boss can change multiple times in a single year. Refusal to change with the times still requiring in office work
