Pros

Only nice thing is the office is on the water in Jersey City, but there a building condos in front of the building thats going to block the view.

Cons

Easily one of the worst places to work as an auditor. Its such a cold and miserable environment. Being 1 out of 700 auditors is terrible experience. If you want to be miserable work here as an auditor. Also JP Morgan is desperate for Auditors no experienced Auditor wants to work there. The turn over is crazy.

Pros

Co-workers, paid time off, and attempts to support career growth

Cons

Getting hired is based on who you know not what you know. Lack of respect and consideration of employees wants and needs. After working from home for 15 months, senior leadership arbitrarily decided we should return to work in the office. There was no consultation with people doing the job, complete disrespect for us. It’s clear they intend to return to pre-pandemic, little wfh flexibility options other than a day here or there. Obviously the decision was made with the mindset of a long gone business model. Good people will leave because remote work is the wave of now. They are making efforts to diversify leadership but many feel it’s just for show. Same for career advancement and growth opportunities ,

Pros

Compensation was good and there were maybe a handful of people who actually cared about the well being of others.

Cons

Worst management team ever! We were just numbers to them...the people who did all the dirty work and got none of the financial benefits. Sure, salary was ok, but they would make things up during the year end reviews in order to hold you back or reduce your bonus. Also, the scary things these bankers do to get "new assets". I would NEVER give my money to these asset managers period!
