      Very flat structure with strong exposure to senior leadership and exec. Range of opportunities at a machinery manufacturer punching above its weight. Suits someone who knows what they want and can leverage opportunities to deliver this. Scale of business allows cross functional work and cradle to grave mentality, ensuring employees see the bigger picture. Competitive salary for the area.

      Cons

      Company’s aspirations are high, sometimes exceed capacity/resource. Would not suit someone who needs constant guidance.
