      Good place to work, very outdated attitude

      Pros

      Overall good place to work, equipment provided (IT, etc.) is of good quality.

      Cons

      Very outdated attitude towards employment. Zero flexibility, clock in and out, fixed holiday dates, etc. Bit of an old boys club, extremely outdated attitude towards most things. Extremely male heavy environment, work place culture reflects that

      Why you should not work for JCB.

      Pros

      Salary is bearable, it is the fellow team members that make it worthwhile.

      Cons

      Numbers driven from senior management down. Only interested in KPI's and not getting the product repaired and running. Managers are not interested in the personal issues that people go through from time to time. No-one is viewed as a person, only a number..... This is why staff are leaving . If I could give JCB a lower rating for the way you get treated I would do so.
