- Can’t leave ‘on time’ without getting glared at - very very old fashioned ways of working - very structured promotion pathways, based on time served rather than accomplishments. - fixed holidays with zero flexibility but expectation for you to be flexible and work outside contracted hours. - Not a very diverse or inclusive work environment
