Pros

Good facilities, nice community. There was a good relationship between all employees. It was a good place to work. Would work here again.

Cons

There was sometimes not a clear direction from higher up managers and the managers on the shop floor. Often misdirection

Pros

OK training. Much less so since 2020. Good pension. Private medical insurance Dental scheme Onsite Gym

Cons

Lack of flexibility. Fixed holidays for most people. Slow to react, slow to replace those that leave pushing the workload onto already stretched teams. Too few people, too many projects.
