No work life balance, managers are not good listeners. Takes credit of all good work and when any issue comes then do blame games and run away from Problems. One of the worst system in NPIP, people have to stretch themselves because of Pressure created from Top management and Bad managing skills of Program & Team Leaders. Sense of urgency word is taken in wrong way and everything is urgent everytime. Which raises serious Quality related issue in work which hampers customer experience. No focus on quality & high focus on Delivering products which have high T3 issues which detoriates image of JCB to customer. Training and Development is a Joke here. No trust on people within Team and outside Team, "As discussed" is a common term used in emails which indicates blame games in case of issues. SR Management is totally UK centric and they take many time wrong decisions during NPIP, inconsistencies during feedback on Machines during NPIP causes Program delays and stretch of Individuals working on Ground level.
