Pros

Competitive salaries, good location, quality development & training, young talent schemes offer exciting opportunities, some great people who do exciting & innovative work!! Made some great recent progress with engagement survey & recognition initiatives too.

Cons

Lack of flexible working, fixed holidays, clocking in culture, jobs for the boys is common, parking is a nightmare, bullying by senior management sometimes ignored, staff wellbeing rarely considered, extra/unsociable hours expected by some managers with no toil or paid overtime considered.
