      Pros

      The leadership team is the most humble and encouraging. The company is changing rapidly for good, enabling best practices and ecosystem for its people. The leaders value dedication and hardwork, at the same time help you grow professionally through different projects and training programs. Best company to work for, especially if you are a woman.

      Cons

      The office is in Ballabgarh, which is very far for people living other than Faridabad. Long working hours, even for corporate office employees, leaving less time for yourself.
