Pros

A great brand to work for and found everyone at my level and below very helpful and passionate about what they do, they will walk over hot coals to succeeded for the company when needed too, which is needed from to time for various reasons the top level management was inspirational at times also. Communication was good holidays was good even thou not flexible but we signed up knowing this was the case. Overall enjoyable experience Training good but need to invest in more

Cons

A few low front line managers are very poor and only out for themselves and their bonus and don't work together across the structures, trying to stitch up other managers, creating politics that's not needed. They do not inspire team or promote teamwork even thou quote it regularly, the only tool they have is to bully people to get what they need, due to this mentality and a few other reasons the general employee moral is low, because of some managers it makes the job a lot harder than it needs to be when people work extremely hard and work extremely long hours for a company only to get treated poorly. I can count on one hand good leaders which I have had the pleasure to work for and with so the above is limited. The salary does not reflect the level of work and hours needed to get it. The company has forgot about it employees and the place runs on good people.

Cons

Location is very far from city. Timings are the worse in the industry! 8.00am to 6.00pm. If you add travel time you have nothing left on weekdays.. you become a robot from Monday to Friday No systems and processes followed No learning possible because of that
