Good working atmosphere. Easy to move to any team at any circumstances. Good onsite opportunity given for employees, which is useful to learn and earn for future.

Cons

No challenging in work given. No special certificate or degree programmes for employees. If company give flexible working hours means it will be a added advantage for employees.
